Job description

The Falls Prevention Team - Horsham is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist and/or Physiotherapist to reduce the incidence and consequences of falls across West Sussex. This role involves delivering specialist assessments and tailored rehabilitation programs to individuals at risk of falling. The post holder will collaborate closely with clients, their families, and various statutory and non-statutory services to minimize falls and enhance health, wellbeing, and independence. Additionally, the post involves providing tailored training sessions to diverse audiences across agencies to improve fall prevention and management system-wide.
