Position Overview:

Gratitude Network is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fall Recruitment and Outreach coordinator to join our team. In this part-time, remote role, you’ll play a vital role in supporting Gratitude Network’s programs and initiatives. This person will report to the Program Director and will work closely with other program team members to assist in research, recruitment, outreach, and preparation for our Fellowship applications. With thousands of organization applicants annually, this part of our program requires considerable advance preparation to ensure a meaningful experience for applicants, reviewers, and staff.

This position offers an opportunity to work in nonprofit program management and make a meaningful impact through content that aligns with Gratitude Network’s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, Recruitment, and Tracking (50%)
  • Researching and recruiting nonprofits, NGOs, and other impactful organizations that show potential to align with and benefit from Gratitude Network’s program offerings.
  • Compiling and organizing research into spreadsheets, maintaining lists of contacts, tracking interactions, and keeping notes.
  • Researching, recruiting, and compiling potential partner organizations for future recruitment of suitable nonprofit Fellowship applicants.
  • Collect and track data and maintain accurate program records. Support the Program Manager and Program Director with analysis. Collect and organize qualitative data.
• Handling day-to-day communications with potential applicants, partners, and other relevant parties (via email and occasionally via Zoom).
• Collaborating with the Marketing team to polish and integrate informational materials and announcements prior to their release.
• General Support (15%)
  • Assisting with other administrative preparations for the application season, including updating documents, building surveys, and other projects as needed.
  • Provide logistical and operational support, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.

• Strong organizational skills and time-management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Detail-oriented with experience in tracking and managing data, taking pride in creating quality work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach and a professional and approachable tone.
• Ability to balance independent problem-solving with collaborative teamwork in a remote team environment.
• Awareness of and active desire to engage with dynamics of bias in global work.
• Proficiency in Google Suite; particularly Google Sheets, as well as enthusiasm for learning new tools and systems.
• Passion for Gratitude Network’s mission and values.
