Role Overview

As a Fall Protection Sales Specialist for the Personal Safety Division, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Achieving sales and margin targets quarterly, under an annual sales plan
  • Identifying and winning opportunities as required under sales plan
  • Working with end customers to advise and promote 3M Fall Protection Solutions
  • Managing the sales pipeline with the Distributor network through effective relationships and strong communication
  • Collaborating with 3M technical teams to ensure a high level of on-site support where required
Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of the Fall Protection market
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels and build excellent customer relationships
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed, capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (written and verbal)
  • Proactive and competitive mindset, with initiative to resolve issues
  • Resilient and tenacious, able to navigate conflicts and challenges towards positive outcomes

Additional preferred skills include:

  • Passion for sales and exceeding targets/KPIs
  • Basic knowledge of relevant EN standards
