Job Description

As a Resort Club Level Concierge for Fairmont Gold, our exclusive "hotel within a hotel," you will deliver personalized service and showcase the best local attractions, events, and venues.

• Report to the Fairmont Gold Manager and perform duties including:
• Providing professional, friendly, and engaging service
• Offering guests detailed information on local attractions, dining, entertainment, tickets, and services
• Assisting with arrivals and departures for Fairmont Gold guests
• Catering to guests during food and beverage service in the lounge
• Building strong guest relationships to foster loyalty
• Maintaining contacts with local partners and other Fairmont properties
• Informing guests about hotel facilities
• Handling guest concerns promptly and notifying relevant departments
• Adhering to department policies, safety standards, and service protocols
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience with Property Management Systems preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications required
• Related degree from university or college is an asset
• Professional appearance and presentation
• Excellent guest service, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Responsibility and reliability
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Teamwork skills
• Focus on guest needs, maintaining calmness and courtesy
