An educational charity in Leeds is seeking enthusiastic student volunteers for the role of School Rep for the 2025/26 academic year. As a School Rep, you will represent student views, attend meetings, and help enhance the academic experience for fellow students. This is a unremunerated position emphasizing inclusivity and student engagement. Applications close on 13 October 2025.

Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Cultures - School Reps 2025/26

Leeds University Union (LUU) is a charity that helps over 38,000 students Love their time at Leeds. Located at the heart of campus, the Union is a space to meet people, make new friends and get involved.

A School Rep is a volunteer student leader empowered to make positive, student-led change within your School.

They represent the views of students in your School and work alongside Course Reps, Faculty Officers and staff to make your School better. You can learn more about the role here.

They improve the academic experience of all students by taking student feedback to meetings and events with staff from the University and LUU, as well as informing students of positive changes made. You can learn more about Academic Representation at Leeds here.

The deadline for applications is 13 October 2025 at 23:59 and interviews will take place in the weeks commencing 13th October, 20th October & 27th October 2025 (these are subject to change, depending on the number of applications) with the possibility to choose a time slot and choose either online or in person interviews.

Please note that the position is not remunerated.
