Job summary

The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh is seeking a Faculties Coordinator to support governance, projects and activities behind our six Faculties. You will coordinate committee activity, manage projects and events, and brief our volunteers, building strong relationships with members and colleagues across the College.

This role offers genuine development opportunities, including induction, training and ongoing coaching to help you thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects, committees or operational activities with multiple senior stakeholders.
• Strong planning and organization skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication and meeting documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Excel) and independent work ability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate committee activity and support Faculty projects and events.
• Brief volunteers and build relationships with members and volunteers.
• Support governance processes and develop service improvements.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the College to deliver the experience.
