Job summary

The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh is seeking a Faculties Coordinator to support governance, projects and activities behind our six Faculties. You will coordinate committee activity, support Faculty projects and events, and brief volunteers while building strong relationships with colleagues and members.

This role offers opportunities for professional development, exposure to governance and service improvement, and a clear pathway toward a Faculties Development Lead position.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects with multiple senior stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate committee activity and governance processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication for reports and meetings.
• Proactive, collaborative team player with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate committee activity for six Faculties.
• Support Faculty projects and events and brief volunteers.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues, volunteers and members.
