Factsheet Business and Data Analyst – Banking – London

Duration: 6 months

My client is seeking a Factsheet Business & Data Analyst with over 10 years of experience in Investment/Asset Management. The candidate should have expertise in Factsheets for SICAV funds within the EMEA Market, including understanding of core components and compliance requirements across fund management and marketing.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end data and text production for Factsheets for EMEA SICAV Funds, adhering to a new global template.
• Mapping data requirements of the Factsheets to the Distributions Logical Data Model for clear data interfacing.
• Leading validation of high-volume fund data across key business areas such as performance, holdings, and breakdowns.
• Overseeing the creation of necessary texts, considering country-specific registration and compliance needs.
• Conducting business reviews during the text phase and supporting implementation, requiring precise communication and navigation skills.

Required experience:

• At least 10 years in Factsheet Subject Matter Expertise or Business Analysis, with experience in production, migration, or similar projects.
• Over 10 years in the financial services or asset management industry.
• Strong communication skills to align stakeholder support for Factsheet redesign.
• Experience in data analysis and requirements delivery focused on end-products for clients.
• Highly motivated with excellent organization and focus.
