Job Opportunity: Factory Shift Operative

We are currently seeking to recruit a Factory Shift Operative on behalf of our well-established food packaging manufacturing company based in Knutsford.

Position Details:

• Work in a fast-paced production environment, requiring hands-on involvement and attention to detail to meet standards and targets.

Responsibilities include:

1. Organizing raw materials and working on extrusion and former lines.
2. Checking and recording product output.
3. Packing trays off the production lines.
4. Performing general warehouse duties.
5. Working in the reclaim department to reprocess faulty or damaged products.
6. Maintaining factory standards.

*Full training will be provided for suitable candidates.*

Working Hours (3-Shift Rota):

• Monday – Friday 06:00 – 14:00 (Week 1)
• Monday – Friday 14:00 – 22:00 (Week 2)
• Monday – Friday 22:00 – 06:00 (Week 3)

Pay Rates:

• Days: £10.50 per hour
• Nights: £12.15 per hour

This is a temp-to-perm position. The successful candidate will be offered a permanent contract after 12 weeks, contingent on demonstrating the ability to meet company standards.
