Production Line/Factory Operatives - Temporary Ongoing

We are recruiting for Production Line/Factory Operatives for a client in Bottesford. The work is ongoing temporary.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 16:00 and Friday 06:00 – 14:00

Pay rate: £12.35 per hour

You will need to work in different areas of the business depending on order requirements, including packing, feeding machines, moving materials, or packaging. The role is physically demanding, requiring standing for the entire shift, lifting, and moving materials.

Main Responsibilities:

• Carry out tasks within the production and packing areas as assigned.
• Adhere to Health & Safety procedures, quality, hygiene standards, and company policies.
• Maintain product quality according to standards.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Support the line leader in achieving departmental objectives.
• Use scanning equipment as necessary.
• Report issues impacting product quality or production.
• Complete all required records accurately.
• Ensure the line and equipment are cleaned and maintained at the end of shifts.
