We are recruiting for Factory Packers and Machine Operators in Lymington, Hampshire

Salary: From £11.90 per hour, with progression opportunities increasing to £12.47 after training completion.

Overtime is available at x1.5 after 37.5 hours during weekdays and on Saturday, and at double rate (x2) for Sunday and bank holidays.

*Early Finish on Friday*

Main Purpose of the Job
  • Manufacture of materials for global supply.
  • Set up and operate machinery within the extruder area safely and effectively.
  • Complete tasks within set timeframes and communicate progress effectively.
  • Accurately record daily activities and material usage.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.
Responsibilities and Activities
  • Operate extruder and ancillary equipment.
  • Maintain run rates at 90% or above.
  • Monitor and ensure product quality meets specifications.
  • Clean extruders and equipment.
  • Keep the work area clean and obstacle-free.
  • Record personal activity and production statistics accurately.
