Factory Packers – £12.72 per hour, Poole

South West Recruitment is seeking factory-based bakery packers for a prominent national food manufacturer in Poole, Dorset. Immediate starts are available.

Shift Details:

• 3 rotating shifts: Monday to Friday, with early finish on Fridays, including paid breaks
• Shifts: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am, paid at £12.72/hour
• Overtime available after 39 hours/week at x1.5 (£19.08/hour)

Responsibilities:

• Packing products into boxes for dispatch
• Checking and monitoring the quality of bakery products
• Maintaining a tidy work area
