Job summary

HRGO Recruitment is seeking a skilled Factory Operative for a temporary role at their client’s factory in Bognor Regis. You will operate production machinery, monitor processes for quality, and follow schedules while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Must be able to work all three shift patterns and adapt to weekly rotations. This position offers temporary work with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate, depending on performance and business needs in a fast-paced manufacturing
