Holt Engineering is seeking a Trainee Factory Operative to join the Manufacturing Department on a temporary to permanent basis. Responsibilities include working with a range of products, learning the full shot peen process, and receiving full on-the-job training.

The ideal candidate will have engineering or mechanics qualifications (advantageous but not essential), excellent attention to detail, and a keen willingness to learn. Previous factory/workshop experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Engineering or Mechanics at college or university level would be advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and meticulous thinking.
• Previous experience within a factory or workshop setting is essential.
