Job summary

OA Group is recruiting a Factory Operative for night shifts in St Albans. You will work 7.30pm to 6am in a busy manufacturing environment, operating machinery and handling cutting tasks including knives and a guillotine. Training will be provided, and accuracy and safety are important.

Ideal candidates are willing to learn, have good communication skills, and are computer literate. The role offers a hands-on entry into a busy factory team with potential for ongoing work.

Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy for work orders and records.
