Job summary

Greencore at Newark site is seeking a factory operative to support our chilled desserts production. You will work on production lines in a fast-paced environment, following food safety standards and GMPs, and contribute to a collaborative team focused on quality and efficiency.

This permanent role offers 06:00–17:00 shifts on a 4-on 4-off pattern with opportunities for overtime and benefits, including pension, life insurance and staff discounts, within a large multinational food company.

Qualifications

• Drive, motivation and ambition required.
• Willingness to learn Food Safety and GMPs.
• Must be able to wear PPE.
• Hardworking and a good team player.
• Basic English and Maths understanding.

Responsibilities

• Operate production lines in a fast-paced environment.
• Be proactive in learning and applying food safety standards.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
• Help maintain clean, safe working conditions and follow GMPs.
