Job summary

Crem Recruitment is seeking General Factory Operatives to join a busy production and warehouse environment in Haverhill, Suffolk. This hands-on role operates in a chilled/cold setting, with duties across production, packing, warehouse and cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous factory, production, warehouse or packing experience would be beneficial but is not essential, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• General production and factory duties
• Packing and preparing products
• Loading and unloading materials and finished products
• Sorting and handling products
• Carrying out basic quality checks
• Working to production and performance targets
• Following company procedures and health & safety requirements
• Wearing the required PPE
• Cleaning and maintaining work areas
• Processing waste
• Following a clean-as-you-go approach
• Working across different areas of the operation as required
• Other general duties as required
