Prime Appointments is recruiting for a Factory Operative near Haverhill to join a well-established food manufacturing business. This is a long-term, temp-to-perm role with reliable hours and an early start, designed to suit someone seeking continuity in a busy production environment.

You will operate production machinery, mix ingredients, pack products and conduct basic quality checks while adhering to recipes and safety procedures. Own transport is essential due to the location.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production and packing machinery.
• Mix powders and ingredients.
• Pack finished products.
• Follow manufacturing instructions and recipes.

• Follow HACCP, GMP and Health & Safety procedures.

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00 - 17:00 & Friday, 07:00 - 16:00

Pay: £13.45 p/hour

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

We are currently recruiting for Factory Operatives to join a well-established food manufacturing business based near Haverhill. This is a great opportunity to secure a long-term, temp-to-perm position with a growing company.

This role would suit someone with previous factory, production or manufacturing experience who is looking for a hands-on role within a busy production environment.

Pay & Hours:

• £13.45 p/hour, depending on experience
• Monday to Thursday, 08:00 - 17:00
• Friday, 07:00 - 16:00
• 45 paid hours per week
• All breaks paid

Factory Operative Duties:

• Operating and monitoring production and packing machinery
• Mixing powders and ingredients
• Packing finished products
• Following manufacturing instructions and recipes
• Completing basic production and quality checks
• Cleaning equipment and work areas
• Reporting any faults or issues
• Following HACCP, GMP and Health & Safety procedures

What We're Looking For:

• Previous factory, production or manufacturing experience is essential
