We are currently recruiting a Factory Operative to work within an engineering company, predominately doing shot-blasting, on a permanent basis in the Medway area. You will have used small hand tools and be happy working in an industrialised environment.

Your main duties will include:

* Processing of parts as instructed
* Shot blasting of castings
* Manual Handling
* Moving boxes of castings around the factory and general housekeeping
* Completing the relevant job cards

You will be working 46 hours per week, 6.00am to 4.30pm, Monday to Thursday and 6.00am to 2.30pm on Fridays - overtime is paid at an enhanced rate.

Previous factory/manufacturing experience would be advantageous however not essential as full training will be provided.
