We have an exciting opportunity for Factory Operatives to join us at Vistry Works' new East Midlands Factory in Coalville, Leicester. We offer a competitive hourly rate ranging from £13.02 to £14.91, depending on experience and the training you undertake. With structured development pathways, you’ll have the opportunity to gain new skills, increase your earnings, and even progress into supervisory roles. We have vacancies available for both morning (6am-2pm) and afternoon (2pm-10pm) shifts.

As a Factory operative, you’ll be part of a skilled team in our Timber Frame Factory, producing engineered roof trusses for housebuilding in line with production schedules. You’ll rotate across various workstations, gaining valuable experience in handling timber from delivery to finished product.
