Overview

Now Hiring: Factory Operatives – £13.50/hr + Overtime | Temp to Perm

Owen Payne Recruitment are excited to be working alongside a well-established manufacturer located in the Winson Green (B18) area, as we search for experienced Factory Operatives to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities

• Assembling a wide variety of bespoke security products
• Using hand tools
• Moving freight around the factory
• Packing Items
• Operating machinery may be required (depending on the demands of the business)

Candidate Requirements

• Have experience with hand tools
• Have a good eye for detail, with quality standards
• Be physically able to lift heavy components
• Have experience in using battery powered hand tools, pop riveting, etc
• Be able to work from technical drawings and verbal instructions

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 16:30
