Brioche Pasquier is seeking a Factory Maintenance Expert - Trainer in Milton Keynes to join the Engineering and Maintenance team during an expansion project. The role combines hands-on mechanics with knowledge transfer to build skilled, autonomous teams operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining production equipment safely.

• Demonstrate understanding of production equipment and processes and support their integration and optimization.
• Hands-on technical maintenance to sustain line efficiency, including fault diagnosis and repairs.
• Experience delivering practical and classroom-based technical training across engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Support integration, optimization and continuous improvement of production equipment.
• Deliver practical and classroom-based training across mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Develop and mentor operators to improve technical competency and autonomy.
• Create and maintain training materials, work instructions and technical documentation.
