JOB TITLE: Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

The COMPANY

The ROLE

Our client is recruiting a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join their established team at the Corby facility, where they manufacture blow-moulded containers. Working a continental shift pattern, the successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and servicing machinery. Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining mechanical and electrical aspects of machinery (AC/DC drives, motors, PLCs, Profibus, control systems, etc.)
• Assisting with installation and commissioning of equipment electrically, pneumatically, and mechanically
• Troubleshooting faults in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnosing faults with control gear and PLC systems
• Carrying out preventative maintenance (PPM) on machines and plant
• Performing other property, facilities, and maintenance duties as needed

The CANDIDATE

Our client seeks an experienced Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer comfortable working a continental shift pattern (mix of nights and days).

Salary and Location

SALARY: £45,000 + overtime
