Situated in the Greater Bristol area, this highly successful manufacturing company is a subsidiary of an international Group.

Due to growth, the Group CEO is now looking for an experienced commercial manufacturing professional to be appointed as General Manager. The role is very broad, leading the operational, commercial, and technical teams. Operational excellence is a given, but there is also a strong customer engagement aspect, from leading sales processes to ensuring all contractual and technical specifications are met, and customer service is of the highest level.

Candidates must be senior managers from a manufacturing background, probably from an operational function, possibly engineering, but with commercial insight and a passion for quality. You must also be adept at managing multi-functional teams and enjoy customer interaction.
