Excellent opportunity for a Senior Leader to join a global FMCG business and have full autonomy of the factory!

Our client is a well-established business with an international presence and a reputation for being a market leader in their field.

As Plant Manager, you will lead the site leadership team and oversee core operational functions including production, maintenance, projects, planning, and engineering. Your responsibility will be to ensure the smooth running of the factory.

To succeed in this role, you need to be an influential and empathetic leader, providing mentorship and coaching to your team, while ensuring all site KPIs such as safety, quality, and OEE are achieved. You will drive operational excellence across the factory.

The Plant Manager will manage the site’s budget and the 5-year capital investment plan in line with business priorities. As a key representative of the company, you must also be commercially capable.

Applicants should have site leadership experience, ideally within the FMCG sector, and possess a strong working knowledge of the process industry, preferably within food or chemicals.

You should be ambitious, analytical, and strategic in your approach, reflecting the company's values.
