Job summary

Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking an experienced Factory & Facilities Cleaner in Sunderland. The role runs 6am–12pm, Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week, with weekly pay during the temporary period and monthly pay after the permanent contract is offered.

Access to own transport is essential due to shift pattern. You’ll operate cleaning equipment, including ride-on machines, and maintain cleanliness of kitchens, canteens, showers and toilets in a large unit in the North East.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning duties across large facilities.
• Knowledge of COSHH and health and safety procedures.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and ride-on machines.

Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning equipment, including ride-on machines, per health and safety rules.
• Clean kitchens, canteens, toilets and washrooms; manage waste and recycling.
• Ensure timely cleaning to schedule and maintain high standards of hygiene.

Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced Factory & Facilities Cleaner(6am start) to join our Workplace Cleaning Team to assist with the cleanliness and upkeep of a large unit in the North East. You will be based at Turbine Way, Sunderland SR5* Access to own transportis essential for this role.

Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments.

We are offering a temporary-to-permanent role of 30 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, 6am to 12noon * Access to your own transport is essential for this role due to the shift pattern.

Whilst working on the temporary contract, this role comes with weekly pay. Once a Permanent contract is on offer, it will then go to monthly pay. With an Immediate Start

Key responsibilities will include:

• Operating cleaning equipment, including ride-on machines, in accordance with the company's health and safety procedures
• Cleaning kitchens & canteens, keeping all areas clean and clearing any waste bins
• Cleaning shower cubicles & toilet facilities, and hand basins and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels
• Recycling waste in the correct areas

Key requirements will include:

• Access to one's own vehicle is essential
• Good knowledge and experience, and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment, including COSHH and Health and Safety
• Good timekeeping and attendance are important
• Ability to work to laid-down schedules.
• Immediate start
