Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Factory & Facilities Cleaner for a large unit at Hillthorne Business Park, Washington NE37. The role starts at 5.30am, part-time (20 hours a week), Monday to Friday, with an immediate start and a temporary-to-permanent pathway.

Access to your own transport is essential due to the early shift. Initially weekly pay during the temporary contract, with monthly pay once permanent. Immediate start and potential long-term placement in our Workplace Cleaning Team.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning services and equipment, with COSHH and safety awareness.
• Good timekeeping and attendance essential.
• Ability to follow laid-down cleaning schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning equipment, including ride-on machines, following safety procedures.
• Clean kitchens, canteens, waste bins; keep areas tidy.
• Clean shower cubicles and toilets; replenish supplies.
• Recycle waste in designated areas.

You will be based at Hillthorne Business Park, Washington NE37. * Access to own transportis essential for this role or lives locally

Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments.

We are offering a temporary-to-permanent roleof20 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, 5.30am to 9.30am. * Access to own transport is essential for this role due to the shift pattern.

Whilst working on the temporary contract, this role comes with weekly pay. Once a Permanent contract is on offer, it will then go to monthly pay. With an Immediate Start

Key responsibilities will include:

• Operating cleaning equipment, including ride-on machines, in accordance with the company's health and safety procedures
• Cleaning kitchens & canteens, keeping all areas clean and clearing any waste bins
• Cleaning shower cubicles & toilet facilities, and hand basins and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels
• Recycling waste in the correct areas

Key requirements will include:

• Access to one's own vehicle is essential or lives locally
• Good knowledge and experience, and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment, including COSHH and Health and Safety
• Good timekeeping and attendance are important
• Ability to work to laid-down schedules.
• Immediate start
