Arabelle Services UK Ltd is seeking a Factory Finance Specialist in Rugby responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and controlling production costs within the manufacturing facility. This role requires managing factory budgets and financials of various projects, ensuring compliance with financial policies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and has extensive experience in cost controlling and project management, with proficiency in ERP systems like SAP. Applicants should be UK Passport holders, capable of obtaining SC Level clearance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in cost controlling and/or project controlling in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting and CAPEX management.
• Ability to produce accurate financial reports.
• Experience with inventory control and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze manufacturing costs including raw materials, labor, and overhead.
• Prepare and manage factory budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor financials of factory projects including CAPEX and OPEX.
• Produce regular cost and project reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
