2 Sisters is recruiting a Factory Cleaner for night shifts at the Rogerstone facility. The role focuses on thorough cleaning and sanitising of all factory areas to maintain hygiene standards and product safety.

You will follow established procedures, work as part of the hygiene team, and help prevent contamination while supporting continuous production. The position offers night hours (18:00–05:00), a 37-hour week, and an hourly rate of £14.27, with potential overtime and benefits such as

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the factory are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to the agreed hygiene standards. Your day-to-day duties will include cleaning building surfaces such as walls and floors, as well as cleaning, sanitizing, and reassembling production equipment. You will carry out hygiene operations consistently to prevent physical, bacterial, chemical, and allergen contamination, helping to ensure that all products are safe and meet our strict quality standards.

What we’re looking for

The ability to work well within a team and follow processes, a "can do" attitude and great attention to detail. Chemical handling knowledge is desirable however full training will be provided.
