Job summary

The Best Connection is hiring a Factory Cleaner for a food production environment near Evesham. This night shift role runs 4 days per week (10pm–7am) and involves cleaning all manufacturing areas and equipment while maintaining hygiene, traceability, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities include using protective clothing, batching and mixing cleaning chemicals, reporting shortages, and completing cleaning records for the production and technical teams.

• Maintain hygiene of all the plant, equipment and building fabric in manufacturing area.
• Maintain product and material traceability at all times.
• Ensure correct use of protective clothing and equipment when handling and applying chemicals; communicate shortages to the Assistant Quality Manager daily.
• Safely mix chemical concentrations to agreed specifications and ensure containers are ready for daily start-up.
• Complete cleaning reports accurately and file them with the relevant Production/Technical teams.

Job description

We are looking for a FACTORY CLEANER to work in a Food Production environment near Evesham.

This is a night shift, 4 days per week. The successful candidates will be responsible for cleaning all of the manufacturing areas and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain hygiene of all the plant, equipment, and building fabric in manufacturing area
• Responsible for ensuring that product and material traceability is maintained at all times.
• Ensure correct use of protective clothing and equipment when handling and applying chemicals. Also that stocks and supplies are available for the team and any shortages are communicated back to the Assistant Quality Manager on a daily basis.
• Safely mixing chemical concentrations to agreed specifications and ensure availability in containers ready for daily start-up.
• To ensure all cleaning reports are completed accurately and filed correctly and communicated to the relevant Production team and / or Technical team in a timely manner.

Pay:

• 14.00/hr

Shift:

• Tuesday - Friday
• 10pm-7am
