Job title: Facility Support Operator
Location: Ridsdale, Northumberland (On Site)
Salary: £ 27,666
What you’ll be doing:- Liaise with our external Facilities Management provider on PPM, reactive and remedial work, collect reports from completed works and update SAP
- Manage contractor files (certificate of competency, RAMS) and document (Insurance) dates
- Ensure visitor notification compliance by contractors and compliance with PPE standards while on site
- Supervision of contractors when on site and the completion of required documents - i.e. contractor check sheets
- Carry out planned maintenance activities, in line with SAP schedule (weekly fire alarm testing, checking on site equipment etc)
- Provide support to the training coordinator and other functions across site as required
Your skills and experiences:Essential:
- Previous experience of working within facilities/administration environment
- Good stakeholder management skills
Desirable:
- Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office (excel/Word)

The Team:As a Facility support operator you will be reporting to the Lead Trials engineer with day-to-day responsibility to the Trials and Facilities Co-ordinator. The role holder will be responsible for supporting planned facilities and service activities in relation to equipment, supplies, installation, refurbishment, repairs or renovation leading to the delivery of effective Facilities Management across the site.
