From Swimming lessons, to walking football and everything in-between we are driven to provide fun and welcoming sessions to support the whole community to be active, both within our leisure centres and in the local community.

We are looking for a Facility Supervisor to join our friendly and professional team at Morgan Llwyd Leisure and Activity Centre. We are looking for someone to be responsible for the day to day operation of the facilities, including opening up and closing down of the centre. You will be supervising the operation, ensuring a high level of service is being delivered, along with complying with Health and Safety guidelines. Hours: 5.5 hours per week, Monday - Sunday (rota basis)

Requirements

• Ensure effective supervision of activities and safe operation
• Able to demonstrate customer care principles, practices and procedures
• Previous work within a sports centre in a supervisory capacity consisting of sports/ fitness facilities
• Able to demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of health and safety management
• Apply rules, regulations and codes of practice fairly and consistently with customers
• First aid at work is essential
