Job summary

Freedom Leisure is seeking a Casual Facilities Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of our leisure centres, including opening and closing duties, ensuring a welcoming and well-run environment.

You will supervise activities, maintain high service standards, and enforce health and safety guidelines. Experience in a sports centre in a supervisory role is essential. Welsh language skills are desirable.

Qualifications

• Effective supervision of activities and safe operation
• Ability to demonstrate customer care principles, practices and procedures
• Previous experience in a sports centre with facilities
• Knowledge of health and safety management
• Apply rules, regulations and codes of practice fairly and consistently with customers
• First aid at work is essential
• Welsh language skills are desirable

• Able to demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of health and safety management

• Welsh Language skills are desirable
