Equans is looking for a Facilities Manager to join our team in Sale on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £35, and a benefits package.
Reporting to the contract Account Manager, the Facilities Manager shall be responsible for the Total Facilities Management services provided at Sale Waterside.
The role holder will lead and manage a service team providing a wide range of services, controlling costs and improving service, quality and growth of the contract.
Management responsibilities will include but not be limited to management and delivery of a wide range of technical services, remedial works, contractual cleaning, security, waste management and general works including caretaking services.
