Overview

Seasonal position available June 5 – Sept. Morning and evening schedules.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms/bathrooms.
• Clean synagogue sanctuary areas and hallways.
• Restock books on bookshelves.
• Move and set up tables and chairs for meals, including setting up plates and food.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Must be reliable and on time.
• Present proper behavior and wear uniform shirt, apron, or jacket as required for the synagogue.
• Must be at least 18 years old, with Social Security number or working papers.
• Custodial experience is preferred. Handy repair skills are a plus to help fix damages and breaks.

Physical Demands

Continual standing and walking; occasional lifting, kneeling, and crouching during shift.

Company Description

Facility is a synagogue. In use 7 days a week, busiest on Saturdays.
