A property management firm in Aberdeen City is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of buildings and equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in building maintenance, ability to operate machinery, and strong customer service skills. This position is accountable for the maintenance and upkeep of the physical grounds as well as all machinery and associated non-critical equipment. Working with the Commercial Property Manager (CPM), you will ensure the facilities, and its associated non-critical equipment, are always well maintained. The facility maintenance coordinator also notifies the commercial property manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operations. This position reports to the Commercial Property Manager.
Limited travel may be required in this position – typically less than 5% annually.
If this position is assigned to work outside of the U.S., a candidate must be eligible to meet all requirements for foreign employees in other assigned countries.
