This role will be to join my team helping to manage the facilities and events admin components of the schools.

About the role :

  • Work with campuses to ensure an effective and efficient delivery system
  • Management of the external facility hire functions including preparation of contracts, invoices and ensuring all paperwork has been received and filed
  • Liaise with Calendar Manager regarding resourcing of both staff and equipment
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of events.
  • Assist with invoicing, project planning, ordering and other general administration tasks to support the functioning of the school and facility team
  • Assist with the management of the school key system to ensure full system integrity
  • Assist with the implementation of the School’s Emergency Management Plan
  • Assist with other tasks as required by the COO and Facilities Manager

About You :

  • Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport with all internal and external stakeholders
  • A passion for problem-solving and achieving common goals
  • A keen sense of time management
  • Ability to coordinate resources efficiently
  • Experience as a function or event coordinator looked upon favourably
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft suite and associated function booking software
  • Must have or be able to obtain a valid Working with Children check
