Job summary

dnata Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract to consolidate outsourced maintenance into a single FM provider. You will own the full procurement and implementation journey, coordinating with Facilities, Finance, and Legal teams to deliver a high-profile transformation across the estate.

Ideally, you bring a strong background in facilities management, procurement or supply chain, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading procurement and supplier management initiatives within facilities management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Background in building systems and maintenance activities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from RFP development to supplier onboarding.
• Develop asset registers across all sites to support the RFP process.
• Drive project delivery with milestones, risks, and stakeholder expectations management.
• Collaborate with the wider Facilities Management team, providing expertise and guidance.
