Shift Schedule:
Week 1 - 7am until 3pm (48-minute break)
Week 2 - 1pm until 9pm (48-minute break)
Driving Licence Essential
We are seeking a Facilities Technician Supervisor to oversee several buildings around the City Centre Area.
Shifts will be on a rotating basis, alternating weekly; therefore, flexibility in working hours is required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple buildings and supervising janitorial staff within the area.
Requirements include experience in staff supervision, auditing, customer service, and problem solving. Experience with IT equipment and software packages is also essential.
This position involves regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate must join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. Candidates who have spent three or more continuous months outside the UK in the last five years will require an Overseas Criminal Record Check, which must be provided. Employment is contingent upon satisfactory completion of these pre-employment checks.
