Job description

The main function of the Facilities Technician is to provide general maintenance/handyperson support.


Job Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.
  2. Maintain general & preventative maintenance, carpentry, plumbing systems, and vendor management.
  3. Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed.
  4. Move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials, as requested.

Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance.
