A dynamic maintenance organization is seeking a Facilities Technician to manage maintenance and repair work across multiple locations in the South West of England. Responsibilities include overseeing contractors, performing routine checks, and ensuring safety. The ideal candidate will have hands-on maintenance experience and excellent customer service skills. As a Facilities Technician, you'll be responsible for routine workplace checks and managing maintenance programs for our office buildings in the South West. Your duties will include internal repairs such as joinery, plumbing (non-qualified jobs), internal painting, and general maintenance, as well as external upkeep of parking areas, landscaped spaces, and storage areas. You will oversee onsite contractors, raise work orders, source materials, and contribute to the safety of our buildings and colleagues.
