The What...

Whether you have a background in maintenance, technical, mechanical, or electrical work, this could be the role for you. Prior experience as a bowling technician isn't required; if you have general maintenance experience and leadership skills, we will train you in all other aspects of the role.

As a Facilities Team Leader, you'll be a motivated, hands-on leader working alongside our centre team. You'll lead and motivate your team to ensure all equipment is maintained to the highest standards, keep the centre well-maintained and compliant with regulations, and liaise with staff and customers regarding any faults.

You'll receive a thorough induction, ongoing training, and development opportunities, including access to apprenticeships and management training, to support your career growth.
