About The Role:

Working Days:08.00-17.00 Mon-Fri, 8hrs per day, 1hr unpaid lunch, 40hrs per week

We are seeking a reliable and proactiveFacilities Assistantto join our site operations team. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods, equipment, and mail across the site. If you’re hands-on, safety-conscious, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limitedto:

  • Handle stock and deliveriesfrom goods-in to dispatch, ensuring all processes follow client procedures.
  • Carry out porterage duties, including moving furniture, equipment, and mail across the site safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain inventory control, including stock rotation and accurate record-keeping.
  • Support operational needs, such as setting up meeting rooms and assisting third parties as directed.
  • Comply with all safety protocols, including manual handling, risk assessments, and COSHH regulations.

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • Must have Right to Work in the UK.
  • An enhanced DBS will be completed for the successful candidate.
  • Previous stores/warehouse experience beneficial.
  • Full driving licence- confident to drive a Luton type of vehicle.
  • Previous experience in a front facing customer service sector.
  • Well organised with the ability to prioritise workloads.
