Job description

We are seeking two reliable and proactive Facilities Support professionals to join our client’s team on a part-time basis in Altrincham. You will be required to work 30 hours per week as described below.

This role is ideal for a hands-on individual with previous experience in caretaking, maintenance, or a similar position. The successful candidate will support the smooth running of our facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out general facilities support to, maintenance and caretaking duties as required
  • Respond to ad-hoc tasks and facilities-related issues in a timely manner
  • Support health and safety compliance across the premises
  • Liaise professionally with staff, visitors, and contractors
  • Prioritise workload effectively under management direction
  • Undertake additional duties within the scope of the role as needed
  • Participate in relevant training and development activities

Shifts: Between 7 am and 7 pm, Monday to Friday, with core hours as follows. Roles to work Saturday on rotation as above.

Shift one: 7 am – 1 pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 10 am – 4 pm. Wednesday off

Shift two: 1 pm 7 pm, Monda,y Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, and Saturday off.

You will be required to work 30 hours per week at an hourly rate of £14.50
