Join Allscreens Nationwide Ltd as a Facilities Support Operative at Newbold Revel Training College in Rugby. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the college, ensuring it remains welcoming for all staff and visitors.

Enjoy a consistent Monday to Friday schedule while benefiting from variety in your day. Previous cleaning experience is helpful, but not mandatory. The position offers fantastic mental health support, 24/7 virtual GP access, and a Cycle to Work scheme.

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and their correct use would be an advantage.
• A full UK driving licence is essential for travelling between locations.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled cleaning tasks across a variety of locations.
• Travel between locations with a company-provided vehicle.
• Manage your own schedule and organise your workload.
• Build positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Ensure offices and communal areas are well maintained.
• Follow health and safety procedures and report hazards.

JoinSodexo as a Facilities Support Operative at Newbold Revel Training College inRugby. You’ll be part of a friendly team helping to keep the college clean,safe, welcoming and running smoothly for staff, learners and visitors.

Thisis a fantastic Monday to Friday opportunity, giving you a consistent workingpattern while still offering plenty of variety throughout your day.

You’lltake pride in maintaining a range of areas, including communal spaces, offices,kitchens and facilities, while supporting the wider onsite team.

What you'll do:

• Complete scheduled cleaning tasks across a variety of locations, taking pride in keeping each area clean, safe and welcoming.
• Enjoy the variety of travelling between locations with a company-provided vehicle and fuel card.
• Manage your own schedule, organise your workload and take ownership of getting tasks completed to a high standard.
• Build positive relationships with colleagues, clients and other teams — great communication and a friendly approach are key.
• Keep offices, kitchens, toilets and communal areas looking their best, while ensuring essential supplies are always topped up.
• Help maintain a safe environment by following health and safety procedures and reporting any issues or hazards.
• Bring a can-do attitude and be someone the team can rely on to get the job done.

What you bring:

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable, but not essential. Knowledge of cleaning products and their correct use would be an advantage.
• A full UK driving licence is essential, as you’ll be travelling between locations as part of the role.
• A friendly, approachable attitude with strong communication and customer service skills.
