Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Facilities Support Operative at Newbold Revel Training College in Rugby. You will join a friendly team keeping the college clean, safe, welcoming and running smoothly for staff, learners and visitors.

This is a Monday-to-Friday role with a consistent schedule and full training provided, offering an opportunity to develop within a supportive onsite team.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable, but not essential.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and their correct use would be an advantage.
• Friendly, approachable attitude with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organised and reliable with good time management and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled cleaning tasks across a variety of locations, keeping areas clean, safe and welcoming.
• Manage your own schedule, organise workload and complete tasks to a high standard.
• Build positive relationships with colleagues, clients and other teams via good communication.
• Keep offices, kitchens, toilets and communal areas in top condition, ensuring supplies are topped up.
• Follow health and safety procedures and report any issues or hazards.
• Be a reliable team member who takes pride in delivering a great service.

Join Sodexo as a Facilities Support Operative at Newbold Revel Training College in Rugby. You’ll be part of a friendly team helping to keep the college clean, safe, welcoming and running smoothly for staff, learners and visitors.

• Keep offices, kitchens, toilets and communal areas looking their best, while ensuring essential supplies are always topped up.
• Help maintain a safe environment by following health and safety procedures and reporting any issues or hazards.
• Bring a can-do attitude and be someone the team can rely on to get the job done.

What you bring:
