Job summary

Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a proactive Facilities Supervisor to lead up to 20 Facilities Assistants in a busy hospital environment. The role focuses on safe, clean, and compliant settings for patients, visitors, and staff.

You will oversee audits, site coordination, and regulatory compliance including infection prevention, health and safety, and staff development. Travel to other sites for on-site supervision and training is required.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in a busy hospital or healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety standards and infection prevention policies.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
• Able to coordinate rotas and manage shifts effectively.
• Willingness to travel to different sites for on-site supervision and training.
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for business use.
