Job description

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will manage the delivery of all mechanical, electrical, and associated maintenance services across the site. You will oversee a team of engineers and subcontractors, ensuring effective, efficient, and timely service delivery in line with contractual KPIs. Managing supplier and labor costs to meet financial targets is also essential. Building strong relationships with internal and external customers will ensure services are delivered professionally and cost-effectively. You will compile accurate management reports and support site audits related to quality, health and safety, environmental, and financial standards.

What we are looking for

The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. Project management experience is desirable but not essential. Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams—including recruitment, disciplinary actions, grievances, appraisals, and performance management—is required. Candidates should be capable of managing operational budgets, highly computer literate, and experienced with Microsoft applications.

Main Duties
  • Manage customer escalations and communicate effectively.
  • Promote QHSE best practices within the team.
  • Support engineers and planning teams, providing guidance to optimize resource use.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for continuous process improvement.
  • Investigate and resolve issues affecting first-time fix rates and subcontractor handling.
