An NHS foundation trust is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to manage a dedicated facilities team at Yeatman Hospital in Sherborne. The role includes overseeing cleaning processes, supporting staff management, and ensuring compliance with infection control standards. Candidates must hold a full UK Driving Licence. This position offers full-time hours with flexibility for part-time applications.
Come and join our friendly and supportive Facilities team as a Facilities Supervisor based at Yeatman Hospital in Sherborne.
This is a full-time role based on a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:30am to 3:30pm, with one late shift fortnightly to support and manage the evening team and one day a month at the weekend. We would also welcome part-time applications. The shift pattern is to suit the needs of the service and can be discussed further at interview.
You will need a full UK Driving Licence.
This post is part of the Facilities & Estates Service that Dorset Healthcare may transfer to an NHS wholly owned subsidiary company, from November 2025 or later.
