A leading educational organization in Worcestershire is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to maintain a safe and well-managed environment for students and staff. The role involves hands-on responsibilities including maintenance, managing cleaning services, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Location: Norton College - Worcester, Worcester WR5 2BA
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience, not pro rata)
Hours: 37.5 Hours per Week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, 52 Weeks
Start Date: November 2025

In this key position, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our school environment is safe, secure, clean, and well-maintained for pupils, staff, and visitors. This is a hands-on role that requires practical skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of site services, including maintenance, health & safety compliance, security, and contractor management, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to ensure that all statutory and operational standards are consistently met.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in facilities or site management, particularly within a school or similar environment, who thrives in a role where no two days are the same.
